CLASSES WE OFFER
Bootcamp is a fun high intensity class adaptable enough for every fitness level. You will see equipment such as car tires, sledge hammers and battle ropes. Perfect if you are looking at toning, overall strength and cardiovascular fitness.
Our low impact Senior Fitness class is based around developing and maintaining overall muscle strength and mobility. Our trainers will work on fall prevention techniques, flexibility and light resistance exercises to help maintain bone density. You don’t have to be a Senior to participate.
Freestyle Session is different every time! Our trainers will take you through various exercises focussing on building overall fitness. You can expect strength, power, mobility, and endurance with multiple stations. Freestyle Session is perfect if you are after general fitness or looking for new exercises to implement into your own workouts.
STABLE AND MOBILE
Stable and Mobile is a low impact class focussing on core strength, increasing range of motion, and improving those persistent niggles. We promise everyone has a strong core, and the ability to move better… sometimes you just need the right approach.
COACH HATES ME
Coach Hates Me is a fun session designed around movements that will help you perform better, no matter what your sport. With a mix of high-intensity strength and conditioning, we’ll make you ready for anything.
In a Tabata class, intense activity is followed by a short amount of recovery time before progressing with the next move. The specific exercises encourage an increase in glucose metabolism, fat burning and athletic capacity. This process is then repeated 8 times to create a pattern that continues for 4-5 minutes. You’ll do 1-2 tabata cycles per class.
High intensity interval training to get that metabolism working and burn fat fast.
