In addition to the world class facilities is a team of qualified personal trainers to keep you motivated to ensure you reach your fitness goals. Free exercise classes also available including Boxing, ABT and Boot Camp!

Membership’s from 12.95 p/wk with flexible membership options available!

BOXER-CISE
A Class where not only can you punch away your Monday woes but a great way to get fit and lean in an energetic social enviroment. For all fitness levels Boxer-Cise will incorporate a mixture of technique, cardio, core and strength training into the one workout. This is a great class to meet new people and have fun while taking those extra few steps towards your health and fitness goals.

ABS, BUTTS & THIGHS
Get yourself a fabulous work out for these crucial areas so you can look and feel great in your summer clothes. ABS, BUTTS & THIGHS says it all! This 45min class strengthens, tones and shapes the stomach, butt and legs with a crazy burn like never before!

CIRCUIT CLASS
Help increase your strength and aerobic fitness with circuit training. Multiple circuit stations combine muscular endurance, strength building and aerobic exercises to give you a truly complete workout.
