Our offer is a state of the art training facility spaced over 2 levels (approximately 1600 square meters) supplying the latest in cardio equipment, pin loaded machines and free weights. Our club will also include a large group fitness studio offering Hot Yoga, Strength, Tabata / HIIT and Salsa classes just to name a few. (All classes are included with your membership)
These group fitness classes cater for all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities so don’t be afraid to give one a go. The timetable is updated regularly so look out for any announcements.
